  6. This is a neat little GUI utility to calculate the time it
  7. will take to upload selected files to a bbs.
  8.  
  9. It enables you to see approximately how long the files you
  10. intend to upload will take with your modem running at 100%
  11. speed or your average CPS.
  12.  
  13. For  this  reason, Time-UL lets you set default CPS values
  14. for different modem speeds.
